The first time I picked up a hula hoop, I honestly thought it would be easy… I was so wrong! 🤣 The hoop kept dropping after just a few spins. But instead of giving up, I kept practicing a little at a time. Now I’m finally getting the hang of it and can keep it spinning much longer than before. It’s such a fun way to move, laugh at yourself, and get some exercise without it feeling like a workout.
