Brand new chain and sprockets - chain jumps when rolling?

Put brand new chain and sprockets. Chain slack is according to spec. I also use Scottoiler. I wiped the chain yesterday and put the bike to run on the center stand to lube the chain a bit and I noticed it kinda jumps every now and then. Why?
