Here is my response on given questions ( scenes) in the activity.
1. Scene 1
In my opinion this was an accident, not negligence. The falling tree branch was an unexpected event that Scarletdoll could not reasonably predict or avoid. Losing the bill receipt was unrelated to the damage caused by the tree.
2. Scene 2
It may have been negligence if the blood and fingernail came from the chef due to poor hygiene. However, there is also a chance someone else tampered with the food before it reached the guest. Without a proper investigation, we cannot be completely certain what really happened.
