Yes, it’s indeed a very valuable activity. Unfortunately, I can’t join the yoga session, as I have cervical spondylosis and need to be very mindful of my movements to avoid aggravating it. I truly believe yoga is a wonderful practice for the body and mind, and I hope everyone enjoys the session and benefits from its calming energy. 🧘‍♀️🌿✨
