Anyone else have a terrible experience with Friday Pickleball support?
My girlfriend and I got into pickleball a while ago and she bought two friday fevers as an upgrade to our amazon paddles. After about two months of play the top section of the paddle started feeling squishy and slightly crackly and according to many players was core crushed. Support claimed that the very top area of the paddle was foam and cannot be crushed and has ghosted us for 2 weeks since a follow up email. I've since swapped back to my amazon starter paddle.
I've only seen praise and love for the brand and their customer support but I was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience.
