Metal piping joint type googling help?
Looking for metal piping like seen here in this pic except I am looking for threads one way but on the other ay is just slides over the other piping.

I want to be able to screw in piping on the left and right side BUT have this cross part not have threads going up and down so it can be slide up and down the vertical pipe?
Is this a thing and if so what is it called, I can't seem to find any when googling?
