Error code while trying to read out/flash my hoverboard, I would really appreciate any help!

I got this error message in the stm link utility app. Sadly there is no tutorial that could help me with my hoverboard mainboard because I have a split board that almpst no one has. Would be happy if someone could tell me how to fix that error or on how to flash the hoverboard (Model: EV 5)
