When I was a child, I was very sensitive. I used to cry…

When I was a child, I was very sensitive. I used to cry over small things because my heart felt everything deeply. But at the same time, I also had a habit of laughing a lot. I would laugh freely without thinking, because my heart was innocent and full of emotions. Because of this, sometimes my teacher at school would scold me, and at home my father would also get upset with me. They thought I was too emotional and too playful, and I often felt misunderstood.

At that time, I did not know how to explain my feelings. I would become quiet after being scolded, and I would keep my emotions inside. Today, that emotional mark still lives in me. Even now, I feel things very deeply, and sometimes I become silent instead of explaining myself. It still stings because as a child, I only needed understanding and kindness, not scolding.

But with time, I have learned that being sensitive is not a weakness. It means my heart is alive, soft, and full of love. I have learned to accept myself the way I am. My sensitivity has made me more kind, more patient, and more understanding toward others. Now I am proud of my emotional nature because it makes me human and real.

I have grown stronger and learned to balance my emotions. My past taught me many lessons, and today I stand with self-respect and inner peace. Healing has made me wiser, and I now see my sensitivity as a beautiful part of who I am. 🤍

It’s truly inspiring to know how you’ve embraced your sensitivity and turned what once felt like a burden into a source of strength. Your journey from feeling misunderstood to recognizing the beauty in your emotions is a powerful reminder that our vulnerabilities can shape us into more compassionate and understanding individuals. It takes courage to accept ourselves fully, and your story resonates deeply with anyone who has ever felt out of place because of their feelings.

Happy weekend sis. Thanks for sharing your story.☺️
It is beautiful that you have reached a point where you no longer wait for the "understanding and kindness" from others that you lacked as a child—you are now providing it to yourself. That is the ultimate form of healing.
But as a former teacher myself, I can totally relate to why your teacher scolded you! Hahaha! Picture this: a lecture or a discussion is right in the middle of something serious, and then suddenly, someone just starts laughing out of nowhere.😁✌️
