"Donโt Open the Door"
I received a voice note from an unknown number. There was no name, no profile pictureโjust a 10-second audio clip.
Curious, I pressed play. At first, there was complete silenceโฆ then suddenly I heard my own voice whispering: โDonโt open the door.โ
I froze in shock, and at that exact moment, someone started knocking loudly at the door.
My heart began to race as I slowly walked toward it.
I peeked outside, but there was no oneโonly darkness.
Suddenly, my phone rang againโฆ the same number sent another message: โI am youโฆ but 5 minutes from now.โ
I stood frozen in fear because now my own voice was coming from right outside the doorโฆ and the knocking became even louder.

I got scared because the knocking didnโt sound normalโฆ it felt like it was saying, โI know what you didโฆโ ๐ญ๐คฃ
So yeah, I wasnโt scared of the doorโฆ I was scared of what might come through it ๐
