Need help with car battery

My 2023 Nissan rogue had a dead battery so I bought a new one (the right one) and it was running fine. Now the “12V error” is showing up and the car was jerking back this morning struggling to accelerate. It starts up fine. All the plugs are intact, everything is tightened down. I can’t find the issue. What can I do or should I just call it and bring it to a shop
