Heavy legs , varicose veins, swelling feet with cramps and random purple spots ...
Last night I noticed huge problem with veins similar to intestines width ...
Anyway .. I diagnosed myself with venous insufficiency and started treatment (huge pills) and veinoflux gel ... few minutes ago.
Not sure where it will take me .. not sure about sharing this here, but I just did.
Life is full of surprises 💯

My health problems started with doctors medications, most of them are salesmen ..
So I literally use doctors to get access to labs for analysis and/or radiology only, since 2019.
Am good at self medication, am still alive, till now 😆

i went today to another doctor (generalist) to get lab tests , the first one (cardio specialist ) didn't give me tests
