Kent Family Guard Dog
In my DCau (which I call Earth-70474), Doomsday has gone from a rage-filled beast that kills anyone in his path to a simple-minded, brutish ally to Superman & his family. I'm not sure how exactly he'll become this way (maybe an after effect of Black Mercy?), but I like the idea of it.
Doomsday is still a destructive monster, but only towards those he is directed to attack by the Superfam (who are the only ones he really listens to). At first, everyone was understandably very worried about him going on a rampage again, with some wanting to be rid of him completely by sending him to the Phantom Zone. But after a while of unexplained docility, they realized he wasn't an immediate threat (for now), and so he was taken to the Fortress of Solitude to be watched by Superman. Cause even if Clark & Lois still hated/feared him, it was the right thing to do. After some time, he would be brought to the Kent Family Farm every once in a while, as he's noticeably more chill when any of the Superfam are around (and extremely rageful whenever he sees them in danger). This has caused Clark & Lois' youngest twins, Jane & Carol, to treat Doomsday as a big teddy bear they get to play with! They've essentially acquired a massive guard dog 😁.
Jane & Carol are from the 4-issue elseworld miniseries, Superman: Secret Identity
