Ube cheesecake with three layers — would you keep them separate or swirl them?
I made this with ube halaya on the bottom, an ube cheesecake layer in the middle, and plain cheesecake on top. I really like the clean layers when it’s sliced, but now I’m curious whether a swirl would look even better.
Which would you prefer?
