#earn activity Ever notice how one feeling from last week just lingers, like an echo you can't shake? That's your cue for #LingeringFeels —a quick reflection exercise backed by psych experts. Studies show breaking down emotions like this boosts self-awareness, helps spot personal triggers, and cuts emotional chaos by 22% over time by building smarter coping habits. Pick one strong emotion from your past 7 days and break it down real: 1. What exactly triggered it? 2. How did it hit your body and mind? 3. How'd you cope (or not)? 4. One lesson it taught you? Face it, own it—drop your breakdown in the comments section. Comment Attachment: One hand-written image only (keep it legible straight-on, no tilted pics) TOP: #LingeringFeels MIDDLE: EMOJI REPRESENTATION of that strong emotion (draw and color) BOTTOM:
+ spell the activity tag backwards - I read submissions one by one, and I understand those copied or rephrased entries. If this happens again, you will be blocked and will no longer be able to participate in any future activities
will host. - Closes at 12 entries or 72 hours (when comments go public)—whichever comes first. - Failure to follow any of the given rules may be subject to disqualification or deduction of rewards! VERY VERY IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THIS ACTIVITY: BASE REWARD is 250,000 MLX per participant. Duplicate entries won’t be entertained. ***I set the comments to be visible only after 72 hours. This activity will officially close once the comments are made public. This approach is intended to be fair to those who participate early. I typically provide feedback on each entry, detailing any deductions. However, I've noticed that some participants submit their entries after the comments are visible, which allows them to benefit from insights that others may have missed. This policy aims to ensure a level playing field for all participants.*** 1. DISQUALIFICATION · Entry post/commenting the link to a post. · Entries out of topic · NOT subscribed to
upon checking. · COPIED or REPHRASED entries · Entries from someone with more than 1 Tangled account 2. DEDUCTIONS · 30k - Failure to include any or all of the ff: correct tag #LingeringFeels and mentions:
· 30k – Failure to state the required spelling · 30k-100k - Failure to explain YOUR STRONG EMOTION in complete thought (depending on severity) · 50k - Failure to attach the required correct image 3. ALL deductions from rule-breakers will be split evenly among participants who followed every rule. In cases where the deductions are significantly larger and the participants who followed the rules do not exceed half of the capped entries, a portion of the deduction will be allocated to standout entries. Meanwhile, those who complied with the rules will also receive their share.
As we conclude our #LingeringFeels reflection exercise, I want to thank everyone who participated. It’s important to take a moment to recognize how our emotions shape our experiences and how breaking them down can lead to greater self-awareness and healthier coping strategies.
Unfortunately, we capped entries at 12, but I only received 9 submissions within the 72-hour period before comments became visible to the public. Out of these, ONLY 1 participant followed the rules perfectly. As a result, I decided to give her the supposed rewards for the 3 unfilled spots. Congratulations to
For those who didn't adhere to the guidelines—specifically, the required spelling and failing to color their emoji representation—there were some deductions. This resulted in a total of 290k MLX earned, which will be split equally among the entries that stood out for me. Each of the following participants will receive an additional 72,500 MLX:
😤 1. Last week I spent a lot of time making a post online, but it didn’t get the response I expected. I felt frustrated because I worked hard on it and hoped people would like it more. 2. My mind kept thinking about it again and again. I felt irritated and a little disappointed, and my mood stayed low for a while. 3. I stopped checking my phone for some time and listened to music to relax. After a while, my mind felt calmer. 4. Not every effort gets the result we expect, but that doesn’t mean the effort was useless. Just keep improving and trying again.
1. What exactly triggered it? Thinking too much about the future and worrying about whether things will work out or not. 2. How did it hit your body and mind? My mind kept racing with different thoughts, and I felt restless and unable to focus properly. 3. How’d you cope (or not)? I took some quiet time, listened to calm music, and tried to focus on the present moment. 4. One lesson it taught you? Overthinking only makes things heavier; sometimes it’s better to slow down and trust the process.
This week I had many things on my mind at the same time—work to finish, people expecting quick answers, and some personal worries. When everything started piling up together, it triggered a strong feeling of stress. My mind felt crowded with thoughts, like I couldn’t focus on one thing for long. My body felt tense, especially my shoulders and head. I also noticed I became quiet and started overthinking small things. At first I didn’t handle it well and just kept thinking about the problems. Later I tried to slow down, take short breaks, and remind myself that not everything has to be solved at once. Talking a little with someone also helped calm my mind. Stress often grows when we try to carry everything alone. The lesson for me was to pause, breathe, and deal with problems step by step instead of letting them all sit in my head at once.
I’m feeling a deep sense of sadness 🥺☹️🥹😥after getting a DM from a friend I’ve been avoiding since Ramadan began, simply because I wanted to give him some peace. It’s heartbreaking that even though I’ve pulled away, he still remembers me; I just want him to move on, so I’ve sacrificed my regular livestreaming to help him do that. It’s so SAD to think our friendship might just go to waste, but I know I can't control how someone else feels, and love really does make people do crazy things.(as the saying goes "Ang Pag-ibig pag pumasok sa puso ninuman, hahamakin ang lahat masunod lamang.") Honestly I am coping.....My sudden bursts of sadness usually fade away quickly, but there are times when it returns whenever I see something that reminds me of it again, like another DM or something similar. I don’t know, but for me, if the person I’m talking to doesn't reply, I stop reaching out. But he is different—he keeps messaging. As an Aquarius, I’ll just dance, run, or have a coffee until things feel okay again.
This whole experience has taught me the sad but important lesson to be more understanding, because not everyone is dealing with the same situations in a similar boat.
#earn #LingeringFeels over Activity tag backwards: sleeFgniregniL# 1. What exactly triggered it? One strong emotion I felt this week was frustration mixed with self-doubt. It was triggered when I spent hours working on something important, but the results didn’t come out the way I expected. I felt like my effort wasn’t enough, and that moment made me question my own abilities. 2. How did it hit your body and mind? Mentally, my thoughts kept repeating things like “maybe I’m not good enough” or “why can’t I do this right?” Physically, I felt tension in my shoulders and a heavy feeling in my chest. My energy dropped, and I noticed I became quieter than usual. 3. How’d you cope (or not)? At first, I didn’t cope well—I just kept overthinking. Later, I stepped away for a while, took a short walk, and tried to clear my mind. I reminded myself that mistakes and slow progress are part of learning, not proof of failure. 4. One lesson it taught you? This feeling taught me that frustration can actually be a signal that I care about improving. Instead of letting self-doubt control me, I can use it as motivation to adjust, learn, and try again with more patience. Sometimes emotions linger because they’re trying to teach us something. This week reminded me to be kinder to myself during the process.
Emotion: 😔 Sadness 1. What triggered it? Last week I felt sad when I remembered some old memories from my childhood and friends who are no longer around me. Those memories suddenly came to my mind and made me feel emotional. 2. How did it hit my body and mind? My mind became quiet and I felt a little heavy in my chest. I kept thinking about the past and felt a bit lonely. 3. How did I cope? I listened to some calm music and tried to focus on positive thoughts. After some time, I started feeling better. 4. Lesson I learned: Memories can make us emotional, but they also remind us to value the present and the people who are still with us.
One strong emotion I felt this week was stress 😟. 1️⃣ Trigger: Last week I had many responsibilities at home and online activities at the same time. Managing everything together made me feel overwhelmed. 2️⃣ How it affected my body and mind: I felt mentally tired and my mind kept thinking about unfinished tasks. My body felt heavy and I couldn’t relax easily. 3️⃣ How I coped: I took some quiet time, drank my favorite coffee, and reminded myself to stay calm and positive. Slowly I organized my work and focused on one task at a time. 4️⃣ Lesson I learned: This feeling taught me that it’s important to slow down, stay patient, and not put too much pressure on myself. Balance and positivity always help me move forward.
