In honor of Afroman getting justice I made lemon pound cake. Just in time for spring and all the gardening I'm doing. None for Adam's County sheriff's department tho.
I used this recipe from Pastry living with Aya https://youtu.be/c7FTD_LINVE?si=SXr2hzuS6CfuuPPK . the cake was moist, lemony, perfect amount of sweetness and very refreshing with a cup of tea.
