Blown out cabinet hinge in particle board – Previous filler failed. Best permanent fix?

hi everybody,

My kitchen cabinet hinge was completely ripped out of the side panel.

i tried putting cut-up cocktail sticks with glue but that didn't last long and broke again.

any fixes someone can suggest?
