ELI5: Why data centers don't recapture water?
While it may not have been viable in the past, given the insane amount of power density that AI data centers have compared to previous compute centers, why are they not being built in such a way to reclaim and reuse water?
Is it just because water is cheap or free for them? They're just no regulations or incentives to cause them to make the switch?
Passively recondensing water is pretty dang easy, even if it requires some upfront cost.
Am I just fundamentally misunderstanding how these centers are using the water?
