Was What If S1 Finale ever Supreme Strange's Redemption?
After watching What if S2 Finale, i was severely disappointed with how they handled Strange Supreme's Character and ruined his redemption arc from S1.
Yesterday, i was rewatching the S1 Finale and realised whether Strange ever turn good after losing Christine or not? A lot of you may or may not have noticed that.
At the end of the episode, we see Watcher handing over the pocket universe to Strange and asking him to look over it to ensure Zola and Killmonger remain trapped.
"Someone needs to them, if that pocket dimension cracks, if they escape..."
"I'll watch, I've nothing but time"
"Thank you Steven"
"Hmm and besides, **What are friends for?**" You can see Strange smirking here, not a general smile, but with a malicious intent.
