Advice for makeshift flysheet on tent?
I’m going camping at a music festival this weekend, and it’ll most likely be raining. I have polyester single layer 5 man tent which should be fine for the rain. But my concern is the condensation .
I have this old canvas flysheet and I’m thinking about throwing that on top of the tent and stretching it out enough with some guy ropes so it doesn’t touch the walls of the inside tent. But it might touch the edges of the pole structure.
Is this a good idea? Or is it not worth the extra risks?
