Support still strong here in Portland, Oregon, USA
Last Saturday was the annual Grand Floral Parade as part of our Rose Festival. Not only has Portland had a good-sized Ukrainian population for many years, but just last week the paperwork finished to officially declare Portland and Lviv to be full sister-cities. The picture is of the Ukrainian entry in the parade, which was greeted with lots of applause and cheers.
