This holiday season and as we step into 2026, I want to be more intentional about taking care of my heart, β€οΈ in every sense of the word. I plan to slow down, listen to my body, and make space for rest, joy, and the people who truly matter to me. I want to nourish my heart with healthier choices, gentle movement, and moments of gratitude, while also protecting it emotionally by setting boundaries and choosing peace over stress.
More than anything, I want to fill my days with love, kindness, and balance, doing things that make me feel alive and grounded. Thank you dear! I had some issues with my phone, the screenshot didn't work, I had to search a way to do it on the laptop and finally use the snipping tool. Hahaha, most of the task bar is not used. π I use skype only for International social work. π₯°β€οΈπΉπ€π
