The Fact the MCU has the perfect chance to Adapt the original Symbiote Story.
So like the 90s series is the one who created the Dr*g addiction metaphor for the symbiote, and pretty much all media Adapts the 90s Symbiote story and the original has never been adapted to live action, and for once Marvel has the Once in a Lifetime perfect opportunity to do it, especially because it would make their version of the story unique and their own because the original storyline has Never been adapted before, that would be such a missed opportunity.
Like they can introduce Peter working for the Bugle in Brand New Day, and Eddie Brock showing their rivalry but for now he's just a side character important setup but not a main focus. Then Secret Wars happens his suit from BND gets horribly damaged so Spider-Man needs a new one on Battle world where he gets the Symbiote for the first time also they should introduce the Fantastic 4 here to Peter where they become good friends.
Then Spider-Man 5 can be all about Peter and the Black suit how it's making him tired by trying to do the right thing by piloting Peter around being Spider-Man at night while he sleeps and Peter can't figure out why he's tired all the time so he goes to the Fantastic 4, finds out the suit is an Alien and wants it off him, they get it off but it comes back & disguises itself as his classic suit, but eventually Peter finds out goes to the Bell tower and gets rid of it but it almost kills him so the Symbiote saves him one more time and then finds a New Host Eddie, also Peter ruined Eddie's life in Spider-Man 5 obviously but Venom is not the Villain of Spider-Man 5, SM5 would be setup.
Then In Spider-Man 6 Venom is the Main villain and the Symbiote story would mostly conclude there, yeah maybe tease Knull or something as another threat or something.
But this is all fan theory headcanon concept and I just have a feeling that Marvel Studios and Sony are going to fumble this one and only chance to Accurately Adapt the Original Symbiote Spider-Man storyline to live action because it's technically never been done before it's always been based off the 90s series adaptation where he gets the suit of John Jameson's Spaceship or a Meteorite, the symbiote makes him impulsive and it's evil instead of wanting to do the best it can do for Peter.
I don't hate the Addiction metaphor it's just been adapted that way so many times since the 90s SM3 pretty much copies the Animated Series almost to a tee with slight changes and I think this would be the opportune moment to Accurately Adapt the original Symbiote storyline and do it justice not rushing it, not cramming it into a single film but a slow burn, like how the Home trilogy was essentially an extended origin story for Spider-Man, the Day trilogy can show how he settles into Adulthood what he struggles with, how he's at this darkest point in his life how him interacting with the Punisher makes him question his morals and if what he does makes it easier. What becomes of the symbiote what Venom does to Peter and his friends. #movies #video
