From all of the Princes in the older Disney movies, who were the biggest green flags and your favorites?
I was rewatching 'The Princess and the Frog' which is one of my favorite older disney movies, also because I can see a version of myself within Tiana that adds with the resonance that I feel with the movie whenever Tiana is mentioned.
"Tiana focused on her intention and her vision was clear. She needed money to purchase the real estate for her restaurant. She did not have a trust account. She did not have any investors. Who’s going to lend money to a girl from her neck of the woods? Tiana did not focus on the lack; she focused on abundance and possibilities. She had a strategy in place and leveraged her time. She worked and saved her money. She gave up opportunities that were not in alignment with her goal. She was confident and courageously took risks to manifest her money." Not only Tiana (though I do love her a lot), there's also Naveen and their dynamic within the movie. The way he looks at her and treats her is so ugh, genuinely he's one of my favorite princes. The way he's willing to do whatever for *her* to be happy, the initial disinterest to the love they have for each other nearing the end of the movie. Not just him but also Tiana, she mentions when talking to Evangeline that's she's always been sure about what she wants but now she's unsure, due to her ambition of wanting to open her restaurant but now it can't be completed without Naveen in it.

Which to me is the shift from her original ambition to open a restaurant, which is still apart of her dream but also Naveen is apart of that dream, the puzzle piece that makes the puzzle whole, something that they both begin to recognize more as the movie goes on. #movies #video source
