Pc gets painfully hot

Hi. My pc works perfectly but smells (or emits warm air) when playing, and the casing burns when touched. Not burn, really, but painfully hot.

Is this normal?

Nope, that´s NOT normal.
Your graphics card isn't powerful enough for the game—and it might also be defective. Normally, it should shut down if it gets too hot...
You really need to fix that right away!
