1️⃣ What does LDR look like in my life right now?
I am not in a long distance relationship right now. I am a housewife and my partner lives with me. But if I imagine we are in different cities, then marriage is like our LDR of "kitchen calls and missed tea". Instead of making breakfast and packing it, I would rather watch him eat it on video call ☕📱

2️⃣ What part of LDR do I really appreciate?
I think LDR "values the little things". Things that seem normal when you are nearby - like opening the door at night or giving him a glass of water - become special moments when you are nearby. And marriage is when we talk a lot, because instead of spending time together, we surf.

3️⃣ What is the hardest part for me?
The hardest part for me would be "not doing the quiet part of everyday life". Like singing while cutting vegetables, or running away when it rains while you're sewing clothes - these little moments can't be sent over text. More than physical contact, I miss "everyday companionship".

4️⃣ My deal breakers or essentials in an LDR?
Deal breaker: If there's no trust, if there's always doubt, or if there's always a need to explain things on every call, then I can't do it.
Essential: Set aside a daily "me time" - even if it's 10 minutes. Like just seeing each other on a video call before bed at night, without saying anything special. Routine is essential.

5️⃣ If I could change one thing about my LDR?
I'd like to eliminate the "time zone gap". Imagine me talking for free at night, and he's busy at work during the day.
Small step: We create a "voice note box". Whenever you're free, record a short voice note and send it. Dussehra, when the sun rises - like writing a letter, but in voice 💌

Long distance is messy, but it's also proof that love isn't just about staying in one place.
