Tankless water heater - error E782

Goes away if reset, sometimes by itself, used to be 1-2 times a month, more when used more
Flashed in 2022
It appears that there are some condensation droplets underneath the condensing heat exchanger, and one small spot mixed with oil residue. Also some dry bugs suggesting air flow somewhere. No rust. No clogging from outside.
The unit is 13 years old and still has a 2 year warranty on the heat exchanger. Any suggestions?
