Lucas said, âYou are all morons!â out of anger because the stocks went down. It was rude and unprofessional, but it was likely just an emotional reaction, not real maltreatment. He didnât threaten or hurt anyone it was just words said in frustration.
3. Will you be influenced by the Manager? Yes or No? Why?
No. I would not be influenced right away. The Manager may be upset, but I think we should be fair and understand the full story. Lucas should be talked to, not judged too quickly. Itâs better to solve the issue calmly.
