It means a person is innocent until proven guilty in a proper court with enough evidence and judged by someone in authority.
2. What do you think about Lucas’s words? Was it maltreatment or just an angry expression?
Lucas said, “You are all morons!” out of anger because the stocks went down. It was rude and unprofessional, but it was likely just an emotional reaction, not real maltreatment. He didn’t threaten or hurt anyone it was just words said in frustration.
3. Will you be influenced by the Manager? Yes or No? Why?
No. I would not be influenced right away. The Manager may be upset, but I think we should be fair and understand the full story. Lucas should be talked to, not judged too quickly. It’s better to solve the issue calmly.

1. To be honest, this was my first encounter with the term "presumption of innocence," and without the host's provided definition, I might have resorted to consulting "Mr. Google" about it.
Now, understanding a bit more about the topic, I've concluded that an individual should not face accusations or suffer penalties for illegal acts unless their guilt is proven through a fair trial in court with supporting evidence."
2. While it might be a common occurrence for bosses to yell or shout when frustrated about lost profits or project funds, it's not considered professional or acceptable behavior in a healthy workplace.
Channeling frustration through yelling creates more problems than it solves.
However, Lucas might have gotten mad because he truly believed his employees were lazy and not trying hard enough. He might have thought this was the reason they lost money and the initial funds for the project. So, even though he acted unprofessionally, his anger could have come from a real concern for the business.
3. "After thinking it over, I've decided not to get involved in the manager's plan to sue our boss. My focus is going to be on doing my best as a team member, putting more effort into my work, learning new ways to improve, and supporting the company's goal of becoming a top leader in the Philippines.

1. In the level of Uwan understanding and interpretation. Presumption of Innocence depicts of a person or an individual is presumed as innocent unless validated of all grounds of crime supervise and facilitated by the judge of the court.
2. Lucas made a verbal assault to Uwan and his team. This verbal assault made a tremendous impact and negative influence to the team. Majority of the team member felt wronged, shamed, and maltreated. With such strong words the team member decided to take a legal action.
With this matter at hand, Uwan decided to convene with the team and start to mediate to tone down the tension between the admin official and the team. Uwan created a safe space for both admin and team members, facilitate a safe space dialogue and conversation for both parties to reach a win-win situation.
3. The action and message convey by the manager is hurtful. But my answer is no. I will remained calm and level headed. Allowing outburst emotions to take over Uwan won't make him victorious or honourable. It will only inflict violence and conflict in multi layer if not taken in a peaceful manner.
