Help! Kwikset Halo Select Plus HomeKit Firmware Update Issues
I’m having a ton of trouble getting the firmware update to download on my new Kwikset halo select plus lock. It’s been downloading for over half an hour, and I’ve tried multiple times. Even tried keeping my phone within a foot of the lock, just in case that did anything. I have great WiFi signal by the lock, there’s a mesh point within 8 feet and we have 1G up and 1G down.
I’ve factory reset the lock, and reconfigured everything. Still having the same slow download speeds and no progress.
Anyone else have an issue with this?
Just trying to get it to where I can turn off the lock beeps whenever it locks or unlocks.
