How to fence lattice under an uneven deck?

I want to replace the old lattice/chicken wire that is under my deck currently with lattice but the deck is on a bit of a slope. It measures 20 inches at the shortest point and 30 inches at the largest. How should I go about this? Should I just cut my lattice to match the slope of the ground?
