     #earn activity

Jealousy is a complex human emotion that many of us experience. It's not always about dramatic outbursts or intense possessiveness. Instead, jealousy often surfaces when we perceive a threat to something we value, whether it's a relationship, a friendship, a possession, or even our sense of self-worth. This feeling can arise from a sense of uncertainty, a feeling of unfairness, or the fear of losing something important to us. It's a common thread that runs through our relationships with friends, romantic partners, and even our online interactions.

Remember:
Jealousy is normal, but it can be healthy or unhealthy, quick or slow, hidden or obvious. The goal here is to notice your patterns, not to label yourself “bad” or “too much.”

TASK:
1. Jealousy Vibe
Are you generally the jealous type, or not really? How would you describe your typical "jealousy vibe"?
2. Triggers and Situations
When does jealousy usually show up for you? What kinds of situations, people, or internal thoughts tend to trigger it?
3. The Feeling of Jealousy
What does jealousy physically feel like in your body? What thoughts or mental patterns accompany it?
4. Current Reactions
How do you usually react when jealousy arises? What are your typical behaviors or responses?
5. Healthier Next Steps
If you could handle jealousy a bit more healthily next time, what's one specific way you'd like to respond instead?

ATTACHMENT:
Let jealousy 'sit' on your skin for a bit—this is a small, symbolic way to show what you're carrying instead of hiding it.
- Write the sentence ( and fill in the blank ): " Jealousy feels like ________ for me . " on a small piece of paper or sticky note.
- Then, stick or tape it on your forearm. Include and #JealousAndHuman on the paper
- Take a clear photo of your arm with the note clearly visible .

Rules & Reminders:
- Pink/Grey BADGES (5+ marketplace badges) only
- Be subscribed to and
- COMMENT your answer below with tag #JealousAndHuman + mention and + “Not Toxic But Jealous”
- I read submissions one by one, and I understand those copied or rephrased entries. If this happens again, you will be blocked and will no longer be able to participate in any future activities will host.
- Closes at 12 entries.
- Failure to follow any of the given rules may be subject to disqualification or deduction of rewards!

VERY VERY IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THIS ACTIVITY:
BASE REWARD is 250,000 MLX per participant. Duplicate entries won’t be entertained .

***I set the comments to be visible only after 72 hours. This activity will officially close once the comments are made public. This approach is intended to be fair to those who participate early. I typically provide feedback on each entry, detailing any deductions. However, I've noticed that some participants submit their entries after the comments are visible, which allows them to benefit from insights that others may have missed. This policy aims to ensure a level playing field for all participants.***

I am officially closing the #JealousAndHuman activity, as no new submissions have been received within the 72-hour period, and comments are now visible to the public.

Thank you all for your participation. Your openness in exploring the complexities of jealousy is commendable. Remember, acknowledging these feelings is the first step toward understanding and managing them in healthier ways.

Out of 12 capped entries, I received 9 submissions. Unfortunately, none perfectly adhered to the submission guidelines. While many entries contained minor mistakes, I must uphold the established rules. The required statement was, “Jealousy feels like ______ for me.” It’s important to follow the guidelines precisely; therefore, deductions were necessary for those who did not comply fully.

Some participants incurred larger deductions for failing to include the required phrase, submitting incomplete tasks answers, or making significant errors in attachments (e.g., not placing the note on the forearm, failing to include the hashtag and username on the paper, or using incorrect hashtags). I emphasize the importance of adhering to the specified hashtags and statement.

Despite these, I received standout entries that will share the remaining MLX rewards. 1,230,000 MLX will be split equally among the eligible participants,  750k MLX (from the three unfilled spots) plus 480k MLX from rule violations. Each of you will receive a bonus of 246k MLX: and .

Total Payout: 3,000,000 MLX

1. Jealousy Vibe
I am not really a jealous person. I believe that jealousy comes when someone questions Allah’s distribution. I have no (objection) to what Allah gives. He gives to whom He wills. Sometimes people feel jealous thinking “they have more wealth, more houses, and I have less,” but I try not to think like that.
2. Triggers and Situations
I feel something like jealousy when people give me taunts, especially about my personal (like not having children). It hurts more because those people already know my pain, and still they say such things. Usually, these are close relatives.
3. The Feeling of Jealousy
I don’t feel jealousy strongly. I remind myself that everything is from Allah’s decision. Instead of overthinking, I try to keep my mind busy in (worship), and that gives me peace.
4. Current Reactions
It’s not exactly jealousy, but sometimes a thought comes in my heart for a short time. I pray to Allah: “Ya Allah, those who taunt me about not having children… I hear their children every day… please give me patience.” Then I calm myself.
5. Healthier Next Steps
I already try to control my feelings a lot. In the future, I want to handle it even better by turning more towards dua and patience, and finding peace through trust in Allah.

Not Toxic But Jealous
1. Jealousy Vibe
I wouldn't say I'm a very jealous person, but I do have quiet moments of it. My " jealousy vibe" is more internal - I don't always show it, but I feel it and overthink.

2. Triggers and Situations
It usually show up when i feel unsure or when I start comparing myself to others, especially in situations where I care deeply. Sometimes it's triggered by the fear of being replaced or not being enough.

3. The feeling of Jealousy
Physically, it feels heavy-like a tight chest and a restless mind. My thoughts start questioning things that weren't even an issue before.

4. Current Reactions
When it happens, I tend to stay silent and process it on my own. I observe first before reacting, but sometimes, I withdraw a bit more than I should.

5. Healthier Next Steps
Next time, I want to respond moe openly - communicate calmly instead of overthinking, and remind myself that not everything I feel is automatically true.

Sometimes I stay quiet, not because I don’t feel anything… but because I feel too much. Jealousy isn’t always loud—it’s often hidden in overthinking, comparisons, and the fear of losing what matters most. I’m learning to understand it instead of letting it control me. Not toxic, just human.

Deductions:
1. Incomplete answer/thought for the task
2. Failed to include the required phrase - “Not Toxic But Jealous”
3. ATTACHMENT mistakes
- Write the sentence ( and fill in the blank ): " Jealousy feels like ________ for me . " on a small piece of paper or sticky note.
- Did you follow this: Then, stick or tape it on your forearm. Include and #JealousAndHuman on the paper
- The only thing you did right was putting it on your forearm and your username; Do not create your own hashtag

My mistake, it's 110k not just 90k. Now, check your entry and reread my guidelines then, comeback to me where else do you have clarifications with.

You know, looking back at everything I’ve been through, I’d say I’m not really the jealous type anymore. I’ve realized that jealousy is just a waste of energy, and honestly, it ruins my peace. After resigning from my old job and focusing on my family and business, my time has become my most valuable currency. I don’t want to spend it feeling 'less than' someone else.

Usually, if that feeling ever shows up, it’s not because I want what someone else has. It’s more about my own overthinking. Sometimes, old memories of being bullied or that big heartbreak I had years ago try to crawl back in. It makes me wonder if I’m doing enough or if I’m truly appreciated. It’s more like a heavy, cluttered feeling in my head—like a messy sketch that I need to erase and start over.

When I feel that sting, my body gets tense. My mind starts to loop, and I just want to get away from the noise. I don't shout or cause drama—that’s just not me. Instead, I choose to go quiet. I’ll take a long morning walk, grab a hot coffee, or just start doodling in my notebook until my mind feels clear again. I’ve learned that if I look inward and focus on my own path, I don't need to compete with anyone.

If I want to handle it even better next time, I’ll remind myself that I don’t need to be perfect to be worthy. Instead of just pushing the feeling away, I’ll tell myself, 'It’s okay to feel a bit insecure sometimes, but it doesn't change who I am.' I’ll just keep choosing my peace and staying authentic, because at the end of the day, my own self-respect is what matters most.

Here's my Entry 🥰 🥰

1️⃣. Jealousy Vibe
👉👉 I wouldn’t say I’m overly jealous, but I do feel it quietly sometimes. My jealousy isn’t loud or dramatic—it’s more like a silent comparison happening in the background. I usually keep it to myself, but I definitely notice it when it shows up.

2️⃣. Triggers and Situations
👉👉Jealousy usually hits me when I feel replaced, overlooked, or when someone else gets something I’ve been working towards. It can also come from overthinking small situations, especially in friendships or close relationships where I care deeply.

3️⃣. The Feeling of Jealousy
👉👉Physically, it feels like a tightness in my chest and a slight heaviness in my mood. Mentally, it brings thoughts like “Am I not enough?” or “Why not me?” It’s less about anger and more about self-doubt creeping in quietly.

4️⃣. Current Reactions
👉👉Most of the time, I don’t react outwardly. I step back, go quiet, and process things internally. Sometimes I distract myself, but other times I overthink more than I should, which doesn’t really help.

5️⃣. Healthier Next Steps
Next time, I want to pause and remind myself that someone else’s success or attention doesn’t take anything away from me. Instead of comparing, I’d like to focus on my own growth and communicate honestly if something is bothering me.

1. Jealousy:
I am not a housewife type but I understand the responsibility of the house. Jealousy is rare but when it happens, "silent comparison" starts. Smile from the spring, pain from the inside.

2. Triggers and situations:
When the log says "You stay at home, are you free?" When the man is on duty 24/7. Or when I see another working woman being praised by everyone as "free" and my hard work is hidden

3. Feeling of jealousy:
I feel a burden on my shoulders and my cheeks become full. My mind goes: "Is my value in surf work?" My heart wants to leave everything and run away.

4. Current reaction:
I start doing everything more and more perfectly in silence. I keep myself busy in the kitchen or with the kids. I don't share with anyone because it creates "drama".

5. Healthy Next Steps:
The next time you feel like it, remind yourself: "Taking care of a house is a full-time job." And take 15 minutes to yourself with a cup of tea and sit by the window - guilt-free.

Hey & ! Quick check-in—remember when I asked how you two are related? I've noticed your entries often have different captions, but the attachments (even drawings) pull from nearly identical inspiration, share the same handwriting style, and repeat similar mistakes. Like in this activity: unique captions, but matching handwriting (one writing for both?), identical jealousy statement, and the same attachment slip-ups.

"Not toxic but jealous"

1. Jealousy:
I am a commando type of person - tough as nails, sensitive from the inside. Jealousy is rare but when it happens it feels like a "silent war". I don't show it.

2. Triggers and situations:
When someone takes a position or honor that I have worked hard for or when someone else in the team is made a "hero" and my struggle is ignored.

3. Feeling of jealousy:
My chest feels like fire and my jaw tightens. My mind has one thought: "You are not fair." My heart says prove it, my mind says ignore it.

4. Current reaction:
I shut up and start double training. I allow myself to be isolated and close myself off from social media. The anger keeps burning inside.

5. Healthy Next Steps:
The next time I feel a burning sensation, I will name my trigger and do 10 push-ups. Then I will ask myself: "Am I giving it my 100%?" If yes, then I will skip everyone else's race and run my own.

“Not Toxic But Jealous”
I wouldn’t say I’m extremely jealous, but I’m not completely immune either. My jealousy is usually quiet—it doesn’t always show on the outside, but I definitely feel it internally. It’s more like overthinking than reacting.
Jealousy shows up when I start comparing myself to others—especially when someone seems better, closer to someone I care about, or more successful. It’s less about the person and more about my own thoughts like “Am I not enough?”
“Jealousy feels like a quiet storm inside me—unseen, but heavy.”
Physically, it feels like a tightness in my chest or a slight heaviness. Mentally, it’s a loop of thoughts—questioning myself, overanalyzing situations, and imagining worst-case scenarios that may not even be real.
Usually, I don’t express it directly. I either go quiet, distance myself a bit, or act normal while overthinking everything inside. Sometimes I might check things more than I should or replay moments in my head.
Next time, I’d like to pause and remind myself that feelings aren’t always facts. Instead of reacting internally or withdrawing, I want to ground myself, focus on reality, and if needed, communicate calmly instead of assuming things.

“Not Toxic But Jealous”

Let's go to the steps one by One,

Jealousy vibe
I seem more content and self-assured than reactive. I always focus on gratitude (“thanks God for what I have”) acts like a buffer, it keeps my attention on my own path instead of others.

Triggers and situations
I might not consciously notice triggers, but if they exist, they’d likely be subtle , like comparison in success, attention, or relationships. The difference is I quickly neutralize those thoughts instead of feeding them.

The feeling of jealousy
For me , it may not escalate into a strong emotion. If anything, it could be a passing thought that fades quickly because my mindset redirects it. Jealousy feels like a slow pain in my chest but I vanish it as quickly as much I can.

Current reactions
My reaction style seems to be,
Stay calm.
Accept reality.
Practice gratitude.
That’s actually a very healthy default response.

Healthier next step (refinement, not correction)
I don’t need to “fix” anything, but I could deepen it like,
✔️Instead of just dismissing comparison, try learning from it.
(“What can I improve?” rather than “I don’t care.”)
✔️Stay honest with my self if a feeling ever does come up, acknowledging it doesn’t weaken me, it keeps me self-aware.

A simple upgrade mindset could be,
“I’m grateful for what I have, and I’m open to growing without comparing myself negatively to others.”
