🎤✨ BEE GEES LOVERS, IT’S TIME TO SHARE YOUR FAVORITE SONG! ✨🎤
Bee Gees – Stayin' Alive
I love this song because it is one of the tracks from *Saturday Night Fever*, an iconic American musical drama released in 1977. It brings back memories of my youth; we used to dance to this music a lot at the disco.
Such a timeless classic! 🎶❤️ “Stayin’ Alive” is pure disco magic! But I’ll hold both my hands up and say that … I was only born in 1977, so I can’t claim to have been dancing to it when it first came out 😂but it definitely became part of the soundtrack of my youth🙌🏼🕺✨ The Bee Gees were simply unforgettable❤️
Thank you!! ❤️ I didn't dance to it when it first came out, either. 😂 But by the time I was old enough to go to discos, they played this song a lot, and it remains an all-time hit to this day. 💃✨
Aww, I can almost picture those disco days! 🥰🕺💃 “Stayin’ Alive” is such an unforgettable song, and I love that it brings back happy memories from your youth. ❤️🎶 Thank you for sharing that little piece of your memories with us, dear Judit! ✨
Stayin' Alive is a solid favorite, that bassline still does the job. Mine is Dreams by Fleetwood Mac, the track I would reach for when a room needs to move without shouting. Dancing to #BeeGees at the disco makes the pick feel earned, not just a movie souvenir. The Saturday Night Fever version has a snap a lot of later copies sanded off. Which other song from those nights still pulls you onto a floor?
Stayin' Alive is a great track, sure. But calling Saturday Night Fever an iconic American movie doesn't make 1977 fair. People were out dancing while rent and healthcare were already wrecking them. The government should've covered that so everyone could actually go.
