EV Charging Circuit Breaker Buzzing

I have two Tesla wall chargers, installed in leader and follower mode at 48 amps for our non tesla vehicles. I installed, its permitted and been inspected and working great for a year or so. The other day, our primary charger was running and wife came out to say she heard loud buzzing noise from garage. I found the breaker was buzzing, not clicking, not making an arcing sound just rapid buzzing. shutoff breaker sound went away, turned it back on plugged follower charger into car and no issues - though car charged as 5kw not the normal 11kw.

This is a Siemens 100 amp subpanel plug on neutral - I used a standard 60amp QP breaker. Just to be safe I replaced the breaker, panel posts look good, no wear, burning etc.. I checked charger posts all look good, no issues and reset everything. Dont need to charge yet so haven't tested but wanted to know if anyone has heard of this.

Could it be a simple as a bad breaker?
