Enjoy the fruits of your labor. You should try water infused with fresh mint and cucumber slices...very refreshing I sometimes add lemon slices as well👍

Drying mint like that sounds perfect for tea and cooking—what’s your favorite way to use it once it’s ready?

sweet green and black tea and tisane basically. rarely for cooking.

That fits the mint perfectly for sweet green and black tea blends plus refreshing tisanes, with the occasional cooking use. Cleaning trimming and slow drying away from dust and sun is a smart way to keep the flavor and aroma strong for your infusions.

Once fully dry and crisp, crumble the leaves gently, discard stems, and store in airtight glass jars away from light and heat to preserve flavor for months.

Mint fits Mediterranean dishes like Greek tzatziki with yogurt cucumber and garlic, Lebanese tabbouleh with bulgur and tomatoes, yogurt-mint sauces over grilled lamb or vegetables, stuffed grape leaves, couscous salads with feta, or Moroccan tagines.
