You'll see in the video that you put chopped red onion, roasted peanuts (unsalted), Roasted coconut flakes, Dried small shrimps, cubed ginger, a hot pepper if you like and a dab of Tamarind jam all into a little lotus flower petals and then pop the whole thing in your mouth.
