When I watched this video about the 10 benefits of ginger I was impressed by number 4, "Boosts Nutrient Absorption"

I try to eat healthy, but what good is that if I am not Absorbing the Nutrients. Two things I noticed:
1. Absorption can be as low as 10% but ginger will boost your absorption levels.
2. Nutrient levels tell my body that it is full. Over eating can often be a Nutrient problem, my body is not getting the message. Ginger helps broadcast the message by improving absorption.

Here in Thailand we are always ingesting ginger. It is in many dishes and we drink it as a tea. During Covid Awn had a huge supply of ginger stewing on the stove 24/7.

I like to eat Gwiteaw Tom Yum, or Gwiteaw Sukhothai. Love it! But my wife loves Yentafo. It is a pink soup and that disturbs me a bit. It is a sweet and sour profile. Vinegar for sour and sugar for sweet. A little salty (fish sauce, but some use salt).

The best version I seen to make Yentafo at home is from Hot Thai Kitchen. https://syrwebdesign.com/r/geo/Yen-Ta-Fo
