Installing bathroom fan in existing hole
We have a 1920's slat & plaster house and I am trying to replace the bathroom light with a light vent combo. The issue I am running into is that I cant find a housing that fits the existing 9x9 hole and I am very hesitant to cut the hole bigger. Is there any other options?
Can I use something like this, where the hole is slightly smaller than the housing? What about a housing that's smaller than the hole?
