Farmer’s Dog went above and beyond
My sister’s dog wasn’t eating normally so she ordered the free trial of Farmer’s Dog dog food to try and coax him to eat. Before it had a chance to arrive they found a serious issue and had to put him down. They canceled the free box of food before it shipped, but this sweet note and potted flower showed up anyway. She was never a paying customer but what an incredibly wholesome and kind gesture. I wish more companies cared about people, and dogs, like this.
