Building a tennis court with 4 pickleball courts on it. I got a couple quotes. Any recommendations or alterations to the below? I’m in virginia.

Below are some of the bullet points of the contract that I’m not familiar with:
\-.83%-1% slope
\-8” of 21A stone over compacted subgrade. compact stone and will proof roll
Stone base prior to paving
\-3.5” of new asphalt, installed in two lifts
\-3.5” 9.5 mm surface court mix
\-virgin asphalt used
\-check for surface areas with standing water. Patch necessary areas
\-2 coats of acrylic resurfacer. 2 coats of AR fortified w sand
\-2 coats of color surfacing
\-painting playing lines
\-industry standard one yr warranty on asphalt
