tSmoking meat while camping?
Hi!
My husband and I are going camping in April around Kern County, California. He wants to get the small version of his BBQ https://www.kamadojoe.com/products/joe-jr-with-cast-iron-stand o smoke some sort of meat for dinner, but I am curious if people typically advise against this kind of cooking in mountain/forest regions. My concerns are attracting animals and just general fire safety. TIA for your insight!
