What happened to the quantum time travel technology after Endgame and why didn't Spider-Man ever think about using it in No Way Home?
In NWM, Peter asks Strange to try to fix his problems with time magic, but he tells him he can't because he doesn't have the Time Stone anymore; but the question here is:
If he had the Stone in hand, what would he do with it? Is Strange implying he would attempt to turn back time like he did before with the Apple and at the end of his first movie? or could he try to use it to actually time travel with some never seen before spell? Would it even be possible to roll back time at such global scale with the Time Stone alone?
And if he is talking about actual time travel, why didn't he remember the Avengers already have time travel technology since Endgame? And Peter doesn't seem to remember either despite having being there with the Avengers, and probably aware that Steve Rogers himself used the technology to give himself a happy ending.
Now, one obvious problem with time travel is that (the verdict might still be out on that one but for now we'll go with this) it just creates different timelines. But Strange, despite the whole protector of the universe mantle he goes for, didn't seem to be worried about this, not in Endgame and neither in NWM, so why couldn't Peter be given that option?
Is he just such a nobody to the Avengers that no one could even bother trying to help him?
