Best way to enjoy the taste of tomatoes is sauce.
Regardless if it's bio or filled with toxic things lol.
Good timing
Slices of tomato + concentrated tomato + olive oil + onion + spices (salt, black pepper, turmeric, cummin, ras al-hanout , paprika ) + garlic + dry parsley + cup of water.
If it disappears, no problem , it's already very expressive and taste bad 🫤 but canned concentrated one is abondante. But will be sad.
I may miss spaghetti sauce .. all dishes with tomato.
Some pictures, sry for the selfie Amjad .
Just wanted to share my time in kitchen.

You were too late?? I'm so sorry!! 🥲
Spring is here, there are no vegetables or fruits yet, so everything is expensive, and we can only buy imports.
It's Easter here.

No way!
Winter is just over here, tomatoes and everything else are coming into fruition at the end of summer. 😊 August, September.
We still have a long way to go, we can be able to plant the seedlings soon, but there are still light frosts here at night.
Good night, sleep well, Ram! 👋🥰
