Automatic switching on of a lamp using an IR remote control

Hello,

I have a Planete lamp like the one in the photo https://imgur.com/a/SFPAArP , which is switched on using an IR remote control https://imgur.com/a/5z51coy . Is it possible to set it to switch on automatically using a home automation kit or my Android phone?
