Homemade cake mix specifically for mug cakes?
Hey all, I’m trying to figure out if I can make a cake mix specifically for microwave mug cakes. Searching up ‘cake mix recipe for mug cake’ and other variations gives me recipes how to make mug cakes using boxed cake mix. If there is a cake mix recipe, they are only for chocolate mug cakes.
I’m looking for a base, vanilla cake mix recipe that I can use for mug cakes. I want to be able to mix in whatever I like (cinnamon, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, etc) when I use the cake mix.
I \*think\* I can use a \*homemade\* cake mix in place of any \*box\* cake mix for mug cake recipes, but I just wanted to make sure there’s no adjustments I need to make for mug cake.
