The mango breads are finally done! I couldn’t capture an aesthetic photo because I’m super tired after baking. The only frustrating part is that my oven is too small and can only fit four pans at a time. Hopefully, trading goes well and I can save up for a bigger and more powerful oven someday.. one that can bake 40 pans in a single batch. For now, I’m grateful to see everything turn out well.
