Which tent to buy?

Hi, I'm a first time camper and looking at an easy tent.

I've been reading up and come to the conclusion, it's best to have a full rain fly cover..

I like the idea of an easy up, but narrowed my results down to two tents

which would be the better of the two?

thanks in advance.
