Big Agnes Sidewinder
Hello all. I am looking into getting a Big Agnes Sidewinder sleeping bag and have some Q's. First what your general opinion of it it, putting aside some people's opinion of BA? Secondly should I get the 35°F model or the 20°F? The former is more compact (and on sale at REI right now). I intend to use it only for summer camping, but this could potentially mean moderately high altitude (8k ft / 2500m) and/or desert (where the temps can drop a lot more at night, i.e. WY/NV). Obviously would like to keep it light and save a few but would I regret getting the 35° model? Would it work if I added a liner? If so, do you have any recs? I like the Sidewinder since I must sleep on my side and cannot under any circumstances sleep on my back.
