Last resort options for leaking cold joint?
My basement leaks water pretty bad after heavy rainfall, coming from the cold joint. Ive re-dug and graded outside the foundation, drylocked the basement, installed new downspouts, and put in a new sump pump. Unfortunately, water is still coming in pretty bad. I heard installing a interior drain can cost thousands, is there anyone thats had this issue that can save me money?
