Corn meal or polenta substitute for fruit upside down cake?
Im looking to make an upside down cake but I dont have any corn meal and polenta and im sure that makes the cake x10 better. But im in a crunch and was wondering if there is a substitute for it or if i can just use cake flour for the whole cake?
Also wondering if i can use fresh and frozen fruit?
