This is a no bacalhau take on baked bacalhau , after bake it needs Portuguese white wine vinegar on it in a bowl 😋

Lots of Saloio olive oil(Portuguese), Sweet potatoes, yellow potatoes , chick peas, sliced olives, and sliced boiled eggs topped with some fresh ground black pepper, then topped with fresh chopped Italian parsley for that earthy finish ! Mmmmm so good, the cod makes it saltier and fishier but I didn’t put any bacalhau. Still taste amazing 🤩
